love is [a] crap/shoot

all in the grey gardens of our lives
wed pathologies under
the underdressing
our “oh now we exist” because other
has acknowledged us
laid trapped sex-side
a nominal verse untapped
outside gaze not fragmented enough
levies eyes a crotchling verdant
bloom me lip to lip long kisser-gist
a searing exorcism said: girl…
girl, what kind of thing do you want to be
tethering how you did labyrinth
wild heart, roaded
here’s what I can do & here’s what I will do
turn the world
I was never a thing
to be poemed
